Stage III Hush Kit Project

This project was an FAA certification flight test program for a Douglas C-9C (which happened to be the First Lady's airplane). The noise reduction hush kit was certificated to FAR Pt. 36 Stage III requirements. Alligator had responsibility for all aspects of test equipment, data acquisition, and data processing of flight data. (August 1999)
